The Arkeum soldiers, with Kazar as their Chief Commander, were merciless enforcers. These troops were equipped with weapons and armor enchanted with black magic, making it seemingly impossible for anyone to oppose them. To this day, many still tremble with fear at the mere sight of their black armor.
