How to Get Ascended Guardian Gloves in Throne & Liberty

You can obtain Ascended Guardian Gloves by completing the Butcher's Canyon Co-Op Dungeon and opening the chest at the end of the dungeon. Opening the chest costs 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens. 

The drop chance is 2.3% each time you open the chest.

You can also craft it at the Senior Armor Crafter in Stonegard Castle, if you have a Precious Lithograph: Ascended Guardian Gloves. Lithographs are usually purchased at the Auction House.
