There you can also search and filter for weapon types and more! The Crossbow is a Weapon Type in Throne & Liberty. When equipped, your character wields two small Crossbows that can rapidly shoot bolts at enemies. Compared to other weapons, the Crossbow does a small amount of damage on each individual attack, but it attacks more rapidly than other weapons so is still capable of strong DPS output. The Crossbow gets more value from the Bonus Damage Trait than any other weapon in TL, thanks to its rapid attack speed activating the Trait more frequently. Commonly used weapon combinations for the Crossbow are Longbow, which has ranged passives that synergise perfectly, and the Daggers which increase your Critical Chance and Critical Damage, boosting overall DPS potential.
