Daggers Weapon Type Class Guide - Throne & Liberty Andrew 3 months ago Beginner Combat Daggers Weapon Types Share on Reddit Share on Twitter Share on Facebook Welcome to our guide for the Daggers weapon in Throne & Liberty. In this guide, we will explain the basics of how to use the Daggers, useful skills and synergies, and the strengths and weaknesses of this weapon type. For more guides about a variety of topics in TL, please check our Throne & Liberty Guides Database. Daggers Overview The Daggers are perhaps the most widely-used weapon in Throne & Liberty, due to the excellent Skills and Passives available for players who have equipped this weapon type. The Daggers can be used as your primary weapon for dealing damage, but they also work great as a secondary weapon - this is because the Daggers can increase the Critical Chance and Critical Damage of your primary weapon when used correctly. Pairing the Daggers with any other weapon will enhance that weapon's DPS potential. PvP players can also get a lot of value from the Daggers, due to the high mobility afforded by Dagger skills, and the ability to go invisible with Camouflage Cloak. Daggers Key Skills Here are some of the most important Dagger Skills and Passives in Throne & Liberty: Inject Venom - Infuses your weapon with Poison, allowing you to add a stack of Poison when you hit an enemy, dealing damage over time. This also activates some of the passives of the Daggers, which we will explain below. Shadow Strike - Move behind a target and damage them, with an 80% chance to Bind them. This skill is great for its mobility, useful in both PvE and PvP. Camouflage Cloak - You become Stealthed for 10 seconds, unable to be targeted. Also removes all Bind and Movement Speed debuffs. Your first attack while Stealthed is a guaranteed Critical Hit, but removes Stealthed. Brutal Incision - Deals very heavy damage and has a high chance to land a Crit if the target's HP is low. Assassin's Instincts (Passive) - Increases all Critical Hit Chance. Destructive Fang (Passive) - Reduce the Defense of enemies afflicted by your Poison or Thunderclouds. Wrathful Edge (Passive) - Significantly increases your Critical Damage. This is only a selection of the most notable Dagger skills and passives, but many others are also very strong. You can see them all on our Daggers Overview Page. Best Weapon Combos for the Daggers Throne & Liberty allows you to equip two weapons at the same time, switching between them freely and slotting Skills and Passives from both weapons. As mentioned earlier in the guide, the Daggers make a good pairing with any other weapon in Throne & Liberty, adding extra DPS potential, Critical Chance & Damage, and mobility. Our favorite weapons to combo with the Daggers are: Greatsword - The Daggers do an excellent job of supporting the Greatsword's heavy-hitting attack style, increasing the Critical Chance and Damage of these already powerful attacks. Crossbow - If you want to create an assassin-style build, combine the Daggers with the Crossbow. The Crossbow specialises at rapid-fire ranged attacks, giving you lots of chances to score Critical Hits. Staff - Combine the Poison debuff and Critical-enhancing passives of the Dagger with the magical spells of the Staff to create a mage build with extra Crit potential.
