How to Get Shock Commander Gauntlets in Throne & Liberty

You can get Shock Commander Gauntlets by completing the Cave of Destruction Co-Op Dungeon and opening the chest at the end of the dungeon. Opening the chest costs 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens. 

The drop chance is 2.3% each time you open the chest.

You can also craft it at the Senior Armor Crafter in Stonegard Castle, if you have a Precious Lithograph: Shock Commander Gauntlets. Lithographs are usually purchased on the Auction House.
