To unlock the Deadly Mandrake Morph, complete the second objective of A Powerless Little Friend, a quest in the Abandoned Stonemason Town Exploration Codex:

  • Talk to the Discarded Doll to the south of Old Chapel
  • Defeat 3 Mandrakes or Deadly Mandrakes to acquire Vitality Masses
A special Morphstone to morph into the designated form. Imprints onto your body, enabling you to morph
