Some of the people who lost their homes to Lord Fernan Barvo of Stonegard turned to thievery in order to survive. These gangs eventually coalesced into a single group, calling themselves the Sandflame Bandits. Even after Stonegard was liberated, they remained as bandits. Despite this, they have not forgotten their origins as craftsmen and the quality of their weapons is noteworthy.
