A variety of lycan from the Kowazan clan that resides in the Grayclaw Forest. They appear human during the day, often wearing feathered cloaks to make them look bigger. Their eyesight is too keen and sensitive, so they often have to cover one of their eyes if they wish to move around during the day.

Some of the people who lost their homes to Lord Fernan Barvo of Stonegard turned to thievery in order to survive. These gangs eventually coalesced into a single group, calling themselves the Sandflame Bandits. Even after Stonegard was liberated, they remained as bandits. Despite this, they have not forgotten their origins as craftsmen and the quality of their weapons is noteworthy.
