Cygnuses' feathers can withstand freezing cold, are the source of their emitted light, and allow their high velocity in flight. The scarabs native to the Laslan Golden Rye Pastures mutated into giants after being exposed to the cursed rain. They retaliate fiercely when attacked and are covered with a hard shell. They charge their prey with their large horns, which are also valued for their medicinal properties. If you choose to morph into the form of a scarab, be careful not to run afoul of the local Harvesters created to destroy them!
