This way I get most of the stats I want, and thanks to runes I can now breach the missing stats into 70 STR, 44 per, 40 fortitude.
Runic bonuses of dex gives me 40/36 STR / DEX
Two runic bonuses of DEX and I'm at STR/DEX 50-50, and PER/FOR 40-40.
Runic bonuses of dex gives me 43 STR 50 DEX
