Assuming Global won't have the 11th skill nor the blue belt from T2 dungeons at release, this build is catered towards to the base version of the game.
When we have the 11th skill, you may replace "Time for Punishment" with "Fountain of Life" for PvE OR "Salvation Chain" for PvP.
You can get rid of "Wraith's Beckon" for another passive. It's just there for PvE.
