This is my more DPS focused tank BiS list that does not include world boss loot. All items can be farmed from Dungeons or Open-World content. The field general chest and boots can be swapped for Shock commander if you want a more tanky set-up, however I believe it is not necessary for PvE. Ideally we would want both the Field General and Shock Commander 2-set, however this is not possible without requiring at least one piece from a world/guild boss. The ability set-up is for Dungeons/Boss content.
