Keep in mind this set can also be used with Toublek's Longbow - just use Mana Efficiency and Regen on it.
Card Options:
The dps cards chosen were just for 'easy to cast, minimal time required' as you can cast all of them on the move They can all be cancelled. They are all aoe bound or efficient enough that within about a second you can get back to healing/supporting/moving away from danger.
This set has such a high cooldown you could lean onto a more dps/support if wanted.
Curse and Burning damage overtime would be the best way, as you can get consistent 10 stacks of burn cast onto an enemy which last 12s and your cooldowns will be up before then on almost every spell. (including Infernal Meteor)
Same idea with Curses, stack your 6-8 curses. Spread them with Karmic haze, then Aoe Curse Explosion. In less than 8 seconds you are ready to combo again.
or even a constant Ray of Disaster, 3 second cooldown.
The speed of which you can cast when you are not in a dangerous area is why you are needing such high Mana Regen and Efficiency, along side Inner Peace.
