Before the 11th skill meta:
Lequirus's Grip is the meta wand for healers because of the stealth. Pre 11th skill, there is no skill that breaks stealth.
Other BiS Wand
If you get into a guild that constantly farms Excavator, the Excavator Wand will be BiS to have when the 11th skill is released.
When T2 dungeons release, either T2 wands (Nocturne of the Deep, Overture of Soul Salvation) will be BiS to have. It's based on player preference.
For Gloves:
Mother Nature (Blue) is fine to have for a long time if you don't like Purple version.
By T2 dungeons, you can work towards either Winged Wind Typhoon Gloves OR World Tree's Origin Gloves.
