Weaken Mage - PVP 

 

  • Weaken Chance : 1441 at max range (Swap Enfeeble passive if this is too much)
  • Crit Chance: 1640 at Max Range
  • Hit Chance: 980 
  • Heavy Attack: 44% when target is burning and we are standing still.
  • Melee Evasion: 1346 buffed to 1756 on xbow passive(Detection)

 

Weaken Sources:

 

  • Fire Bombs, Inferno Wave and Meteor: 80% Chance to apply burns(Meteor adds 5 stacks if its a heavy)
  • Ice Spear: 80% Chance for 59% Move speed reduction for 3.5 seconds
  • Ice Tomb: 80% Chance for AOE 59% Move speed reduction for 4.6 seconds
  • Wind Snatcher: 80% Chance for 38% Move speed reduction for 3.5 seconds (If this hits a slowed target attack speed debuff)
  • Multi Shot: 70% Chance for 30% Move speed reduction for 3.5 seconds
