Touch of Despair -> Time for Punishment -> Decaying Touch -> Touch of Despair -> Curse Explosion
The rest of the abilities you use in between.
Try use invincible wall as much as possible as it absorbs much of the damage.
Fountain of Life is good to heal a group over time as well as restoring mana.
Clay's Salvation have a slight delay, but is a powerful AOE heal.
Swift healing heals yourself as well as the person you mark. I'd recommend using classic mode and click on their name in the party list as you see their health is low, as it can be hard to keep track of where they are around you and who you are currently marking. Swift healing can be spammed 3 times in a row with current skill specialization.
In some cases it can be nice to have other healing skills, i keep 2 different skill-slots for this, especially for harder bosses if the group has low max health. Be careful upgrading many of the skills in the beginning as the ones you have in your equipped slots are counting in on your combat power. I'd recommend focusing on only the most important and then upgrading the rest of the skills you might want to use. Some of the other healing skills i have on my second slot set is: Nature's blessing (upgrade this to rare), Enchanting time (Time for punishment with other skill specialization), purifying touch, healing touch, flash wave (flash arrow with skill specialization, this one is already epic on unlock). You can also mix a bit around with the passives, like saints oath along with vampiric contact can be powerful as if the more you take damage, the more you'll heal.
This build is mostly made for PvE content, focusing on dexterity and perception, but for a PvP build you'd most likely like to focus more on Strength, maybe switching to the Extract: Excavator's Mysterious Scepter, as well as some other Strength boosting equipment . As for now Longbow and Wand isn't the best combo at PvP. Though you might be able to outheal an opponent until they run out of mana, it can be difficult as we don't have any stun/prone abilities. Ensnaring arrow being the closest to it, still makes it difficult against ranged PvP.
