The dps cards chosen were just for 'easy to cast, minimal time required' as you can cast all of them on the move They can all be cancelled. They are all aoe bound or efficient enough that within about a second you can get back to healing/supporting/moving away from danger.
Note: Flash wave can be used instantly or held down the difference for this set isnt alot because it scales off your base damage. This set has minimal damage.
Pick your time wisely to charge up the skill.
Arrow Vortex should be changed out for Ensnaring Arrow if single target
The speed of which you can cast when you are not in a dangerous area is why you are needing such high Mana Regen and Efficiency
This set has such a high cooldown you could lean onto a more dps/support if wanted.
Also you may wish to sub out some Wisdom for Strength if you are wanting more HP.
This set has a high number of points placed in Wisdom for that reason to be variable as the only reason you need 70 Wisdom is for the extra 120 regen.
Note: you will lose cooldown if you choose to switch out skill points to strength. i would recommend not going any higher than 40. The set is designed around mana efficiency. Less Wisdom affects your mana regen.
Idea for the Strength change:
Switch the shoes to Ascended so you keep the set bonus. Swap the hat for something like Shock Commander Visor. It gives strength, cooldown, and high Defenses.
