get purple armor
do all contracts + litograph book:
craft green items (from contract coins -> green litograph pages) for lethal fortune ring + elite resistance daggers + elite sharpshooter cloak
get witcher hat + witcher pants from ants nest opw (dark wizard in shadowed crypt drops better pants)
2.3% atk speed gloves (dark enforcer in shadowed crypt or syleus abyss F3 + F4 "Living Armor Archer" not alone! before 1900 gear score drops 3% atk speed)
Elite Trackers Belt Drops from "Evil Eye" in the open world. If it doesnt drop do Roaring Temple for blue belt or go insta temple of slaughter for purple belt
This should leave you with double blue weapons +9

Dungeon (getting from green to blue):
Butchers Canyon: Scales of Time Necklace (important BiS because of CD!) + heavenly arbiter mask
Temple of Slaughter: Prophets Bracelet + Chimera Xbow + Belt + Chieftain ring + Icy Storm gloves (BiS blue gloves)
This should leave you with full blue/ purple gear
