Guide

This Guide was created based on my experiences leveling 3 Characters to Lvl 50 in the Korean Version. I managed to level following my own guide up to level 50 in about 17 hours with a couple breaks. Its not perfect yet but I will use the Open Beta as a ground to do the last polishing on the fastest level strategy and for the Global Release you will be able to use this Guide as a perfect reference.

For the Open Beta definetly check out this Video here where I am explaining the best leveling strategies regardless of the class you are choosing: https://youtu.be/eK5TYnetmKI

Getting Started:

  • you want to equip Crossbow as your main weapon and Daggers as your secondary
  • Quickfire will be your main dmg skill so put focus on leveling it up
  • Your classic rotation is Selfbuffing yourself with Inject Venom, Mortal Marking the Mob then following up with Quickfire then use auto attacks until your cooldown is gone and you can go again with quickfire
  • Early on not enough mana greatly reduces your killspeed so upgrading the passive assasin Step early to rare can solve your mana issues, if your still struggeling you can also use the skill Mana Exchange to trade some of your health for mana and then reg up the health with ur potions
  • Regarding Statpoints you want to get to 30 Perception as fast as possible to make sure your actually hitting the mobs and not miss everything
  • When you can choose level up rewards in any way make sure to prioritize your weapon level the most you want to get a blue crossbow to level 9 as highest priority

Midgame:

  • You are having access now to additional dmg skills like multishot, brutal incision, ankle strike, shadow strike yo your Rotation is adding a melee combo into it. Your dmg should be good enough to stack enough poison with your regular rotation to kill a monster, so once the poison stack is applied you will switch to the next mob and go multishot, shadow strike, ankle strike, brutal incision and the mob should be bursted down, then you can repeat with your quickfire combo on the next mob
  • Once you reached the 30 Perception you can either go for wisdom if your still having mana issues or you go for dexterity to boost your dps
  • You will start using nimble leap whenever you can to trigger your passives Shadow Walker and Natures Power. Use Nimble Leap into the next mobs direction you wanna fight as a gap close and to benefit from the extra attackspeed and range it gives right away so if you use it you always want to lend in attacking range of a mob so you can benefit for the full 5 seconds attacking.
  • You goal here is to squeeze out as many crit rate as you possibly can from passives, gears no matter what source so once you finally can upgrade your Quickfire to Epic you will have an insane cooldown reduction and the skill will feel like permanently ready
  • Use your Camouflage cloak to remove aggro from you to do collection quests easier while aggros are arround, this is helping a lot more with your level speed then you would expect

Close to level 50:

  • Your perfect scenario rotation looks something like this: Buffup with Inject Venom, Mortal Mark the mob then follow up with quickfire and multishot. Switch to next target engage with shadowstrike, ankle strike, quickfire, brutal incision. Switch to next target buffyourself with Selfless Diffusion and Thorn Gale then Multishot quickfire Windsnatcher. This gets you into a cooldown stream of being able to continously use this rotation switch from mob to mob and dont forget to let poison finish off mobs.

Items:

  • generally speaking you want to prioritze critical hit cause your main dmg skill quickfire needs a high critical rate to give you back cooldown consistently and make the ability spammable
  • to clear all the pve content early on solo and also participate in pvp events along the path I highly recommed stacking max health, evasion and skill dmg resistance along the leveling process
  • do NOT just transfer your old upgrades into clean new items a fully traited green Crude Wind Band for example is definetly better then a half ass upgraded blue Ring. Same goes for if you happen to drop a purple weapon early on dont go ham on it cause u see purple you need a decent stack of upgrade mats before thinking about a change especially if your blue weapon is already traited.
  • Besides your weapon you get the best dmg scaling from your lethal fortune ring and your Blessing of Mother Nature Gloves cause they can roll attackspeed.
  • the Lethal Fortune Ring stay best in slot for a long ass time so on real release its wise to sink your 1st accessory upgrades into this ring and try to get traits for it starting with Skill Damage Boost
