This is my current setup that I run ingame. I prioritized getting the Karnix's Netherbow and the Toublek's Deathmark Longbow first. I crafted both of the weapons via the pitty system that Throne and Liberty implemented. Next I focused on getting the jewelry. You can get the Violent Signet from the Lithograph book. It is unironcially one of the best rings because it has attack speed and 5 dex on it. The rest of the jewelry mostly comes from the Sundries Merchant in Stonegard. There are different chests that you can open to select whatever item you want.
Items are also a lot cheaper in the Auction house now. Just buy the Lithograph and then you can craft it yourself.
The most expensive thing on this setup are the Skill Damage Boost traits.

Note: This is a PVE build therefore I put 50 STR for more heavy attack damage and 70 DEX. A build with more perception would of course also work.
To craft them you need Dimensional Essence: Salvation. To craft that you need to get coins from each dungeon. Each dungeon run gives you 4 coins. So you will have to do each dungeon 5 times to have enough to craft 1 weapon. While doing this, you will also get plenty of other item drops!

The most expensive thing on this setup is the Skill Damage Boost trait. It is the best trait in the game and therefore every dude, his father, and grandfather wants that trait. High demand, low supply, pay up.
This setup focuses on Tevent's Arc of Wailing Death. Additionally, we use the Staff of the Umbramancer because without it we couldn't reach the insanely high stats of 50STR, 54DEX, 16WIS, 60PERC. The stat break points are important to get additional effects out of them.
However, getting an Archboss weapon is out of reach for most users anyway, therefore I would focus on the BiS setup without archboss loot.
This setup includes both the Tevent's Arc of Wailing Death and Queen Bellandir's Hivemind Staff. You really have to pray to jesus and the RNG gods to get two archboss weapons, so this setup will likely be out of reach for anyone except the top 0.01% players.
Additionally, you also need the Band of Universal Power to get to the important stat break points of 50STR 50DEX 50PERC.
Maximum Single Target Damage setup. Always prioritize using fire skills first because they apply Burning stacks.
It is easy to level up all skills to lv 1 purple. If you get any purple growth books just dissolve them, you will get 10 blue ones in return. You could dissolve the 10 blue to get 100 green. So 1 purple = 10 blue = 100 green. In the ornate store you can buy 20 Purple books every month with Ornate coins (bottom of the shop). Easy skill level up with this method.
Once you have all purple, what to prioritize?
1. Forbidden Sanctuary is the most overpowered passive that gives you an insane 150 damage boost at max level.
2. Serial Fire Bombs (Focused Fire Bombs) is your hardest hitting ability with a fast recast time.

This AOE setup demolishes everything.
For starters, Fried Egg is easy to craft. Make sure to always have it active on boss fights to increase your damage.
This is still work in progress. I am will be adding more text to the guide soon.
